This is the most outstanding service I have ever received. Thank you. Every time I phone (and this has been a lot over the past year) someone answers straight away. They can either always help me straight away or understand the problem, deal with it and then phone me back to check it’s ok and see if I need anything else.

I just wanted to send a final thank you for all your support. We now have the hard copy of our results, and had a great discussion and action planning session at our last governors Away Day. It has really helped us focus on some of the key areas for the school. We also agreed that conducting the survey for a minimum of a further three years would also help us.

The inspection team were impressed by the surveys from parents and children – I shoved them in front of them! It was helpful to have the full survey as in an inspection you can’t guarantee a good turn out of parents returning questionnaires overnight. We’d had a good return when we did your survey.

We are very pleased with the service, from the initial query stage to receiving the reports in the prompt 2 weeks or so after collection of the surveys. They were good value for money, Louise was flexible with the questions of the survey and good quality reports were produced.

Lessons Learned has revolutionised so many areas at Hadley Learning Community. Our ability to monitor and therefore improve teaching and learning has led to outstanding practice. Within our 2013 Ofsted, the inspection team were blown away by how the school monitors, tracks and impacts upon teaching and learning. It was Lessons Learned that provided me with the platform to share our best practice.

Lessons Learned proved very helpful. I had at my fingertips an overview of all the observations that had taken place in the school and I was able to provide data on different key stages and subjects as part of the school’s evidence base. The inspectors commented that we had an accurate picture of ourselves as a school and Lessons Learned undoubtedly contributed to that picture.

The Lessons Learned system stood up to the inspection really well. The team were very impressed with the software and how it is utilised. They said it was outstanding and that it was the best example that they had come across. The print facility provided information at the click of a mouse and I could readily provide any details that they required. It proved a great success so many thanks for all your support.
